摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定叶酸片中叶酸含量方法。方法:采用C18柱(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;A液:0.10mol·L-1KH2PO4+5%乙腈,B液:70%乙腈水溶液,梯度洗脱为流动相;柱温35℃;检测波长270nm。结果:该方法在9.4380μg·m L-1~84.9416μg·m L-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,R=0.99998;平均回收率为99.69%,RSD(%)=0.66%。结论:该方法准确、可行,适用于叶酸片质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish an assay of detemination of Folic Acid Tablets by HPLC.Method:HPLC was carried out on a C18 (250×4.6mm,5·m)column;The mobile phase consisted of A solution (0.10mol·L-1potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 2%acetonitrile ) and B solution (60%acetonitrile).The column remained at 30℃ and the detection wave length was 260nm.Results:The standard curve was in good linearity in the range of 9.4380μg·mL-1~84.9416μg·mL-1 ,R=0.99998 for determination of its related substances. The average recov-ery rate was 99.69% with RSD of 0.66%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Folic Acid Tablets.
