湖羊围生期血清主要生化指标及生殖激素变化规律研究 被引量:7

Study on serum biochemical indexes and the changes of reproductive hormones in Hu sheep during perinatal period

摘要 为了解湖羊围生期主要生化指标及生殖激素变化规律,试验选择体重70 kg左右的健康妊娠末期湖羊12只,通过颈静脉空腹采血后,采用全自动生化分析仪检测分娩前3天、分娩当天、分娩后3天的血清生化指标,采用ELISA法检测分娩前21天至分娩后6天(每3 d测定1次)的血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P4)及前列腺素(PGF2α)水平。结果表明:分娩当天湖羊血清总蛋白(TP)、三酰甘油(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)浓度显著下降(P<0.05),但分娩后3天TP水平迅速回升,而TG和TC浓度则一直维持在较低水平;分娩后3天血清尿素氮(BUN)浓度显著下降(P<0.05);从分娩前21天至分娩前3天湖羊血清E2浓度呈逐渐升高的趋势,分娩当天明显下降,而P4浓度则在分娩前3天开始呈缓慢下降趋势,并一直持续到产后6天;PGF2α浓度在分娩当天升高,之后下降。说明分娩前后湖羊血液生化指标及主要生殖激素发生了显著变化。 In order to understand the main biochemical indexes and reproductive hormone changes of Hu sheep during perinatal period,12 healthy late pregnant Hu sheep weighing about 70 kg were selected in this experiment.Perinatal blood was collected by fasting jugular vein every day.Serum biochemical indexes were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer three days before delivery,the day of delivery and the three days after delivery.Serum estradiol(E2),progesterone(P4)and prostaglandin(PGF2α)levels were detected by ELISA.The results showed that the concentrations of total protein(TP),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)decreased significantly on the day of delivery(P<0.05),but the levels of TP increased rapidly three days after delivery,while the concentrations of TG and TC remained at a low level.The concentration of serum urea nitrogen(BUN)decreased significantly three days after delivery(P<0.05),the serum E2 concentration of Hu sheep increased gradually from 21 days before delivery to 3 days before delivery,and decreased significantly on the day of delivery.While the P4 concentration decreased slowly from 3 days before delivery and lasted until 6 days after delivery.The concentration of PGF2αincreased on the day of delivery and then decreased.The results suggested that the blood biochemical indexes and main reproductive hormones of Hu sheep changed significantly before and after delivery.
