摘要
IUU捕鱼严重影响全球渔业发展,其对国际渔业资源的破坏性已经在国际上达成共识。港口国在打击IUU捕鱼行动中的地位日益重要,采取的措施包括渔船检查制度、渔船入港预告制度、指定港口制度、强制措施等。港口国措施是预防、制止和消除IUU捕鱼的有效手段之一,已得到国际广泛认可。
IUU Fishing has a serious impact on the sustainable development of fishery.Port states play an important role in combating IUU Fishing.The measures include fishing vessel inspection system,advanced notice of port entry,designation of port,enforcement actions etc..It has been recognized that Port States' measures is one of the effective means to prevent,deter and eliminate IUU fishing.
