摘要
以采用环、纵槽冷却的重燃火焰筒为研究对象,对其进行结构分析、刚模胀形工艺分析,探讨了冲压胀形前的毛坯尺寸确定、缺省凹模的胀形模具的结构设计。通过细长筒在胀形过程中毛料成形特点分析,并结合通用冲压设备的实际工况,摸索类似零件的成形加工方法。研究结果已经在生产实践中得到应用,并取得了良好的使用效果和经济效益,为胀形模具的回弹调整以及冲压参数的选取提供了理论与实践依据,从而使模具成本大幅降低、生产效率大大提高,对实际生产具有很好的指导意义。
Based on the combustor liner structure which is designed by using circle-slot & longitudinalslot as for cooling,the structure and expanding technology of the liner part are analyzed,and the blank dimensions before expending and the designed structure of the die with free cavity die are discussed.The forming method is exploded about the same parts by analyzing the forming character of the blank about the slender casing during the expending and the character of the hydraulic machine.The result is used and obtains the effect and economic benefit at the manufacture.It provides the reference for the adjustability about the resilience of the expending die and punching parameters.The research could provide the efficiency and reduce the die cost greatly.It has the directive meaning for the factory during the manufacturing.
