摘要
目的:建立头孢呋辛酯片控制菌的检查方法,以提高阳性菌的检出率。方法:采用全封闭式薄膜过滤法除去抑制菌成分进行检验。结果:通过薄膜过滤法对控制菌的检测中,大肠埃希菌阳性对照菌均可正常生长,阴性对照组及阴性菌对照组均无生长。结论:薄膜过滤法能有效地去除头孢呋辛酯片的抑菌活性,用该法进行控制菌检查方法简便、可行性强,能达到检测的目的。
Ohjective:To establish a method in control bacteric test on Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets.Methods:Mem- brane filtration was taken to remove the bacteriostasis of sample.Results:By membrane filtration method in the examina- tion of control bacteria,the group of escherichia coil was detected positively,and no bacteria was detected neither in nega- tive groups nor in negative control group.Conclusion:The filtration membrane method can effectively remove the bacteriostasis activeness of Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets;the method is simple,feasible and accurate.
