人发中多种微量元素同时测定的研究(IcP—AES)

摘要 本文描述了采用ICP—AES法对人发中的Zn、Pb、Be、Mg、Ca、Na、K、BaMn、Ni、Cu、Cr、Sr、Ti、Fe和Si等16种元素同时测定的方法研究。并对仪器最佳工作参数的选择、发挥洗涤及元素干扰的修正等试验进行了描述。 将剪成5 mm以下的发样,按水,乙醇,丙酮,水顺序洗涤、烘干后,用HNO_3—HClO_4混酸消解,残渣以2.5%HNO_3溶解后测定。经对某冶炼厂卅名从事铍作业人员发样的测定,取得了满意的结果。 The metnod of simultaneous determination of 16 microelements of Zn, Pb, Be, Mg, Ca, Na, K, Ba, Mn, Nu Cu, Cr, Sr, Ti, Fe and siinhuman hair by ICPQ 1000 model instrument is described on this papero The optimum parameter selection, the washing method of hair sample.the Calibration of interference among different elements in test are also described.Teh hair sample cut into less than 5 mm long are washed with water, alcohol, acetone and water in turn and dried after washing; and then digested in the mixture of HNO3 HC1O4. The residue is dissolved with 2. 5%HNO3 and determined.The results of testing the hair samples of 30 persons engaged in the business of certain beryllium smelter show that this method is successful.
