摘要
采用CFD软件-FLUENT对焦炉煤气自重整反应进行了数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行了分析,优化了自重整反应参数。模拟结果表明:入炉焦炉煤气温度为400℃、入炉氧气量为焦炉煤气量的13%(摩尔分数)时为自重整反应的最佳参数,此条件下平衡体系中H2和CO摩尔分数分别可达到26%和69%。
This article used the CFD software-FLUENT to simulate of self-reforming reaction of coke oven gas,and analyzed the result of simulation,optimized parameters of self-reforming reaction.The result shows that the optimum parameters are: the temperature of coke oven gas is 400 ℃ and the mole fraction of O2 is 13% of coke oven gas amount,and under this condition,the mole fraction of H2 and CO of equilibrium system can reach respectively 26% and 69%.
