摘要
作为组织环境的重要组成部分,领导通过要求、控制和支持等途径影响下属的压力。对国内外研究文献的梳理表明,领导行为、领导风格、领导情绪与人格等因素对下属工作压力具有不同程度的影响。未来应进一步改进研究设计,拓展跨文化和有关过程机制研究。
As an important part of organization environment,leaders have impact on their subordinates' work by means of demands,control and support. Based on literature review,the impact of leaders and their behavior on employee's work are introduced. It is shown that the behavior,the style,the emotion and the personality of the leaders may have different impact on their subordinates' work. Therefore,future research should improve the design of studies,expand cross-cultural study and pay attention to the mechanism of the impact.
