摘要
加热炉衬里状态关系到加热炉的热效率及运行安全,因此对加热炉的衬里状态的检测是重要的工程问题,但衬里的特殊使用条件决定了其损伤情况难以准确判定。通过分析红外热像仪获取的加热炉红外图像,利用红外图像所表征的温度信息和衬里材质及特质参数等数据得到衬里的损伤程度,通过分析超温区的形状、温度及温度分布梯度,来达到诊断衬里损伤类型的目的。
The lining of heating furnace relates to thermal efficiency of the furnace and its safety. Thus, how to monitor the state of the lining in furnace is one engineering problem. But under some specific conditions the damage in lining may be hard to identify. In this article, by analyzing infrared images captured from infrared camera and utilizing the temperature, lining material and its property parameters from the analysis, the damage level was obtained. The objective of diagnosing lining damage can be reached from the analysis of the shape of extra-high temperature zone and gradient of temperature distribution.
