摘要
介绍模拟法庭实训课程开设现状,分析模拟法庭实训课程开设中存在的问题,提出模拟法庭实训课程的改革措施。希望实现课程的预设目的,提高法学专业学生的实践能力和就业竞争力。
This paper introduces the current situation of the moot court training course,analyses the problems existing in the moot court training course,and puts forward the reform measures of the moot court training course. It is hoped that the presupposed aim of the course can be realized and the practical ability and employment competitiveness of law students can be improved.
