引入电压稳定性价值贡献系数的配电网无功补偿优化配置 被引量:7

Optimal Allocation of Distribution Network Reactive Power Compensation Using the Value Contribution Coefficient of Voltage Stability

摘要 随着用户对电压质量要求越来越高,提升配电网电压稳定性成为供电企业面对的一项重要任务。针对传统配电网无功补偿配置方案仅考虑降损和保证电压合格等目的而相对缺乏对提升配电网电压稳定性的考虑,分析选取了配电网电压稳定性指标,提出了同时考虑降低运行损耗、保证节点电压合格、节约补偿配置投资运维成本以及提升电压稳定性的多目标配电网无功补偿优化配置模型,并引入电压稳定性价值贡献系数,借助QGA算法对该模型进行有效求解。算例结果表明:最优配置方案受电压稳定性价值贡献系数直接影响,需要结合具体配电网的实际情况,综合分析单位补偿容量年成本、总补偿容量、电压稳定性和最大负荷时段运行损耗等因素随电压稳定性价值贡献系数的变化规律后,才能确定其合理取值,从而得到对应的最优配置方案。 With users' increasing requirement for voltage quality,the enhancement of voltage stability in distribution networks becomes an important task for power supply enterprises.Conventional allocation scheme only focuses on reducing power loss and guaranteeing voltage qualification,but attaches less importance to the enhancement of voltage stability.In this paper,a voltage stability index for distribution networks is analyzed and selected,and a multi-objective optimal allocation model is established for reactive power compensation in distribution networks considering operation loss reduction,voltage qualification,compensation allocation investment and maintenance cost saving and voltage stability enhancement.This model is effectively solved through constructing the value contribution coefficient of voltage stability and adopting QGA method.Results of an instance demonstrate that the optimal allocation scheme is directly influenced by the value contribution coefficient of voltage stability,and the corresponding optimal allocation scheme to its reasonable value depends on a comprehensive analysis of the factors such as annual cost per compensation capacity,total compensation capacity,voltage stability and operation power loss during maximum load period with the value contribution coefficient in accordance with the actual situation in a specific distribution network.
