摘要
社区学习共同体是一种民间的草根式生长的学习群体,人类历史可考的最早的学习现象可溯源于此。在中国决胜全面建成小康社会的进程中,社区学习共同体重新勃发生机。正是借助于对"社区""学习""共同体"三个基本概念原始定义及相互关系的探析,让我们认识到社区学习共同体深厚的历史渊源和蓬勃的内在生命力。在原始的共同体时代,人与人之间的关系不是以契约的方式联系在一起的,而是以直接的相互肯定的方式联系在一起的。学习是人的天性,学习的过程就是生命成长的过程。社区是"国"与"家"的天然纽带,属于社区居民心灵生活相互关系的"生态位",并非指单纯的行政区划或有着物理边界的小区空间。社区"生态位"的优化,有赖于社区居民的共同学习行为,而社区居民的共同学习行为有赖于学习共同体的发展。
Neighborhood-based learning community is a kind of folk grass-roots learning group. The earliest verifiable learning phenomenon in human history can be traced back to this and it’s significant in China on the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. With the analysis of the original definition and the relationship of the three basic concepts of ' neighborhood', ' learning' and ' community',one can recognize the historical origin and the flourishing inner vitality of community learning. In primitive societies,the relationship between people was not tied together in a contractual way,but in a direct,mutually affirmative way. Learning is human nature,and the process of learning is the process of life growth. Community is the natural link between 'country' and ' home'. It belongs to the ' niche' of the relationship between the spiritual life of the neighborhood residents,not the pure administrative division or the residential space with physical boundaries. The optimization of the ' niche' in the neighborhood depends on the community learning behavior of the residents,and the residents’ learning behavior depends on the development of the learning community.
