摘要
目的:探讨阿奇霉素联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗对支原体肺炎患儿炎性因子及免疫功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2018年1月我科收治的70例支原体肺炎患儿资料,将所有患儿依据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组30例患儿,仅给予阿奇霉素片口服治疗。联合治疗组40例患儿,在对照组的基础上给予特步他林雾化吸入治疗,两组疗程均为7d。结果:治疗前TNF-α分别为联合治疗组(70.35±3.62) pg/mL,对照组(69.94±4.10) pg/mL; hs-CRP分别为联合治疗组(22.27±5.67)pg/mL,对照组(21.99±5.02) pg/mL,比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,两组患儿的TNF-α与hs-CRP明显下降,TNF-α分别为联合治疗组为(34.03±3.72) pg/mL,对照组(21.99±5.02) pg/mL; hs-CRP分别为(8.32±2.17) pg/mL,(13.48±3.75) pg/mL,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组免疫功能各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的Ig A、IgG、C3、C4均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合治疗组显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组患儿发热消失时间、啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗支原体肺炎患儿,能更好的改善患儿炎性因子水平和免疫功能指标,使患儿短时间内恢复体温、消退啰音、治愈咳嗽、早日出院,疗效确切。
Objective: To investigate the effects of azithromycin combined with teptoline inhalation on inflammatory factors and immune function in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 70 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted to our department from January 2015 to January2018. All children were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. 30 patients in the control group were given oral azithromycin tablets. treatment. Forty patients in the combined treatment group were given nebulized inhalation therapy with pedicalin on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 days. After treatment,IgA,IgG,C3,and C4 were significantly increased in the two groups,the difference is significant (P < 0.05),and the combination treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). The time of disappearance of fever,the time of disappearance of sputum,the time of disappearance of cough and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter in the combined treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was not statistically (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of azithromycin combined with teptoline inhalation in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia can better improve the inflammatory factor level and immune function of children,so that children can recover their body temperature,eliminate their voices and cure cough in a short time. Early sunrise,the effect is exact.
