摘要
通过改进直接聚合法制备了新型三维打印材料聚乳酸(PLA),并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪等表征了PLA的结构、并测试了其热稳定性和其他性能。结果表明:采用改进后的工艺能成功制备PLA,该材料在226℃后才有明显的失重现象且其熔点、熔体流动速率、拉伸强度分别为130.65℃,9.58g/10 min,63.2 MPa。新型PLA材料具有优异的热稳定性、流动性及高的拉伸强度。
A novel poly(lactic acid)(PLA) for environment-friendly 3D printing material is prepared by improving the direct polymerization method. The structure is characterized and the thermal stability and other properties of the PLA are tested by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetry(TG). The results show that the PLA can be prepared successfully by the improved process,and the significant mass loss appears after 226℃. The melt point, melt flow rate, tensile strength are 130.65℃,9.58 g/10 min, 63.2 MPa,respectively. The novel PLA material has good thermal stability,fluidity and high tensile strength.
