摘要
对国内部分试办高水平排球队的伤情调查表明 ,大多数运动员都发生过损伤 ,且都在肩、腰、膝、踝、手指、手腕等部位 ,损伤机制与该运动项目反复超常负荷有关。应有针对性的进行整理 ,积极性的恢复活动 ,加强力量训练 ,实施早期治疗等措施 ,可有效预防和减少伤病的发生。
By the research on injures of volleyball player in college , we find that most of volleyball player have injure during their training and contest,and these often happen in the part such as shoulder?waist?knee?ankle?finger?artifice etc .All these have a great business with the hard training load.
