摘要
本文用扫描电镜观察了ABS丁酮液灌注的大鼠肺及其毛细血管的立体构筑。结果表明,肺泡铸型表面光滑,大小不等,肺泡间有桥形的肺泡孔相连,肺泡表面有肺泡Ⅱ型细胞顶端的压迹。肺血管铸型可见具有内皮细胞纵向压迹的小动脉和直径小于100μm的中间小动脉,毛细血管的网眼小于其本身的直径。作者对上述现象联系肺功能进行了讨论。
Eight fresh lungs removed from eight adult rats were injected with ABS. This material was injected into each lobe of the lung through the pulmonary artery and/or bronchus. The pressure was maintained between 200~280 mmHg. The injected specimens were digested in 3% trypsin solutions for 48 hours and eroded in 50% HC1 for 7~10 days. A part of the cast replicas of the lungs was taken off and gilt under SEM (Scanning electron microscope). The specimens thus prepared were observed. The chief findings were as follows: 1. The alveolar casts were of irregular polygon in appearance. The size of the alveoli were variant. Their surface was smooth but many depressions on the tops of the alveolar typ Ⅱ cells were observed. The bridgelike structures between two adjacent alveoli were casts of the alveolar pores. The varied in number and diameter. 2. In the septa between alveoli, the capillary networks appeared to be a single layer. These networks looked like pentagonal or hexagonal rings; the meshes among them were smaller than the diameters of vessels themselves. The meshes of the alviolar capillary networks of the subpleurae were larger than those of other parts. 3. The extensive capillary networks circled a single alveolus or several alveoli. Their position and shape could be seen very clearly.
