摘要
樟树是中国优良的观赏、行道树种,亦是重要的工业原料树种,但耐寒性樟树的缺乏限制了樟树在北方的推广。在樟树的黄淮地区北移多年研究中,选育出了能耐-16℃的耐寒樟树单株寒樟801。为了快速繁殖耐寒樟树寒樟801,用其侧根作为短根插穗进行了扦插试验,插穗粗度分别为2.0、1.5、1.0、0.5、0.3cm,长度分别为1.0、3.0、5.0 cm。结果表明,选取粗度在0.5 cm以上、长度5.0 cm的短根作为插穗进行扦插成活率较高,要求插穗上切口下方要有点状凸起,扦插深度以覆盖上切口为宜,时间以冬末春初最佳;若采用萘乙酸稀释液200 mg/L处理1 h,可以促进短根插穗生根、提高成活率。扦插后的田间管理非常重要,要做到薄水勤浇、随时除草;当扦插苗高达20 cm时就要及时移栽。
Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl.was excellent ornamental,roadside tree species as well as important industrial raw material plant in China.However,lack of cold tolerant limited its promotion in Northern China.Cold tolerant C.camphora cultivar 801 which could suffer low temperature of-16 ℃ was selected by years of northward cultivation of C.camphora trees in Huang-Huai area.In order to realize rapid propagation of cold tolerant C.camphora 801,cutting tests were conducted using its roots as short inserting spike with thickness of 2.0,1.5,1.0,0.5 or 0.3 cm and length of 1.0,3.0,or 5.0 cm,respectively.The results showed that spikes should be short root with thickness over 0.5 cm,and 5.0 cm in length and having point-shaped bulges below the incision.The cutting depth should cover the incision;and the best cutting season was in late winter and early spring.Treatment of 200 mg/L NAA for 1 h could promote the rooting of short root cuttings and obtain higher survival rate.The field managements such as irrigating with appropriate dose for multiple times and weeding timely after cutting were very important,transplanting should be conducted when cutting seedlings height was up to 20 cm.
