偏心液压缸轴向变形的实验研究

摘要 本文介绍了偏心液压缸的轴向变形实验,实验研究认为在内压下缸体全长都明显地存在着轴向变形,缸壁越薄变形越大。用厚壁圆筒应力公式和广义虎克定律计算偏心缸轴向变形能给出较好的近似。 In this paper the experiment on the axial distortion of eccentic hydraulic cylinder is introduced. The experiment shows that the eccentic hydraulic cylinder is distorted axially along the whole length under the hydraulic pcessure and that the distortion is greater on the thinner parts of itswall. It is pointed out that the using the thick wall cylinder stress formula and the Hooker taw to calculate the distortion is resonable to a Certain degree.
