师范生实践育人“1+2+1”模式的探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 研究以教师教育特色鲜明的S大学的师范生为样本,运用问卷调查,分析不同性别、年级、专业师范生在实践育人视角下的能力素养结构、特征及制约因素,分析师范生的发展需求,结合中共教育部党组印发的《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》等要求,构建'1+2+1'实践育人模式,选取S大学数理学院'世承学子'为实验对象,开展实践,评估效果,反思并完善实践育人模式。 Taking S University’s normal students with distinct characteristics of teacher education as samples,this paper analyzes the structure,characteristics and restrictive factors of competence literacy of students of different sexes,grades and majors from the perspective of practical education,using questionnaire survey.Based on the analysis of the development needs of normal school students,combining with the requirements of the implementation outline of the quality improvement project for ideological and political work in colleges and universities issued by the Party Group of the Ministry of Education of the Communist Party of China,the'1+2+1'mode of practical education is constructed.In this paper,School of Mathematics of S University is chosen as the experimental object to carry out practice,evaluate the effect,and reflects on and perfects the mode of practical education.
