摘要
进谏属于当下秘书工作中的参谋咨询工作。《三国演义》中,进谏是经常性的活动,几乎无处不在,而且成败皆有。虽然时隔近两千年,但值得后世学习的方面依然很多。就提高秘书参谋咨询工作的有效性而言,小说《三国演义》中的进谏活动,值得借鉴的主要有四个方面:进谏者进谏之前,必须清楚问题的根本;提出的谏言不只是要劝阻领导改变主意,更重要的是要能够解决问题;危急时刻,进谏还应一语中的;进谏之后,应及时总结成败的经验教训,以提高进谏成功的机率。此外,领导的信任也是进谏成功的重要前提。
Admonition belongs to the staff consultation work in the secretarial work at present.In the 'Romance of the Three Kingdoms',admonition is a regular activity,almost in everywhere,and there are both success and failure.Although it has been nearly two thousand years,there are still many aspects worth learning for later generations.In order to improve the effectiveness of secretarial staff consultation,the advisory activities in the novel 'Romance of the Three Kingdoms'should draw lessons from four aspects:before advisors advocate,they must understand the root of the problem;the advisory words put forward are not only to persuade leaders to change their minds,but also to solve the critical moment.In order to improve the chances of success,the advisors should sum up their experience of success or failure in time.In addition,the trust of leaders is also an important prerequisite for success.
