摘要
通过失重试验、显微镜和电化学极化曲线,研究了交流杂散电流对接地网常用材料Q235钢在含水率为30%时的酸性土壤中腐蚀特性的影响。结果表明:Q235钢在酸性土壤中,无论是否施加交流杂散电流,金属的腐蚀主要集中在试样的下部,主要为局部腐蚀;随着所施加的交流电流增大,Q235钢的失重速率和腐蚀电流密度增大;随着腐蚀时间的增加,腐蚀电流密度逐渐减小,趋于稳定。
The influence of AC stray current on corrosion behavior of grounding grid material Q235 steel in acid soil with 30% moisture content is investigated by means of mass loss measurement,mi-croscope and polarization curve.Results show that the localized corrosion is grouped mainly on the lower part of material,meanwhile the weight-loss rate and corrosion current density increases with AC stray current.Moreover,with extending time of burying in acid soil,the corrosion current density decreases and tends to stabilize.
