摘要
配电网中部分元件在户外环境中运行,不可避免地会受到气候变化的影响。在对配电网进行评估时应考虑气候不确定性因素的影响。本文拟根据气候因素的特点,采用盲数的数学手段对影响配电网可靠性评估的天气不确定性因素进行分析,进而建立适应天气不确定性情况下的元件模型,并通过算例来验证该模型的可靠性。
As the most of components in the power distribution system are located in the outdoor environment,it is inevitably affected by climate change.The distribution network reliability evaluation must consider the influence of the weather uncertainty factors.According to the characteristics of weather factors,this paper analyses the factors which influences the distribution network reliability used the blind number theory.The component model in the weather uncertainty conditions is established,and its reliability is verified by the examples.
