巨噬细胞极化及其调控因素

摘要 巨噬细胞是具有异质性的免疫细胞,在免疫应答、炎症反应、维持内环境稳定中都发挥着极其重要的作用。在不同微环境下,巨噬细胞可发生表型和功能的极化现象从而呈现出不同的特征。目前认为,多种因素能够调控巨噬细胞失衡的极化状态,因此,本文就巨噬细胞分化起源及其调控因素的最新发现进行综述。
