摘要
共产党党报理论中的“党性”概念是列宁最早提出的。尽管现在这个概念在我国较为流行,但是真正了解这个概念产生时的所指,并按照这个含义运用的,只在历史研究领域。列宁论述党报的党性,是从1903年反对小组习气开始的。列宁明确提出衡量“党性”的标准,是党的纲领、党章(组织经验)和党的策略原则。
Lenin who firstly put forth the concept of 'Party spirit' of the theory of Party newspaper. Althoughthis concept is currently widely spread in China, it is only in the field of history study that the denotative meaning of theconcept is properly understood and employed. Lenin clearly pointed out that the standards of 'the Paty spirit' are theParty program, Party constitution and Party strategy.
