摘要
是否将劳工标准同国际贸易挂钩已经成为发达国家同发展中国家的争执焦点之一。本文对劳工标准问题同国际贸易挂钩问题的缘起、争执内容和发展趋势进行了研究。
Whether the problem of Labor Standards should be discussed in the WTO and t o enact an agreement in the legal structure of the WTO is a very im portant problem for both developed c ountries and developing countries.Its origin,con-tents,the developed countries' practices and its tendency were disc ussed in this article.Some suggestions are also put forward.
