不同剂量^(60)Coγ-射线辐照茶薪菇菌种对子实体氨基酸含量的影响 被引量:6

Effect of ^(60)Co γ-Ray Irradiation with Different Dosages to Agrocybe chaxing Strains on the Amino Acid Content of Their Fruitbodies

摘要 测定了经60 Coγ 射线辐照的茶薪菇菌种子实体的氨基酸含量。分析结果表明 ,经不同剂量60 Coγ 射线辐照的茶薪菇菌种 ,其子实体的人体必需氨基酸、支链氨基酸、儿童氨基酸和谷氨酸含量均高于对照 ;经 0 .2 5kGy60 Coγ 射线辐照的茶薪菇菌种A ,其子实体中支链氨基酸与芳香族氨基酸比值最高。 The amino acid contents of Agrocybe chaxing fruitbodies produced from strains irradiated with different dosages of 60 Co γ ray were determined. The experimental results showed that the contents of essential amino acid ,side chain amino acid, children's amino acid and glutamic acid of A.chaxing fruitbodies produced from strains irradiated with different dosages of 60 Co γ ray were higher than that of the CK. And the ratio of side chain amino acid content to aromatic amino acid content of A.chaxing fruitbodies produced from strain A irradiated with 0.25kGy 60 Co γ ray was the highest.
