摘要
回顾了河北省经济增长和产业结构变动情况以及就业结构变动的态势 ,分析了经济增长和就业结构变动的相关性。认为 2 0世纪 90年代河北省保持了较高的经济增长速度 ,但经济总量同其他沿海省区相比还存在一定差距 ;河北省经济增长和各产业以及绝大部分行业的在业人口比重具有较强的相关性。在系统分析的基础上 ,提出了促进就业结构良性发展的政策建议。
In this essay, the author reviews the situation of the economic growth and the changes of industrial structure and employment structure and gives a penetrating analysis of the relations between them. In the author's opinion, there was a rather high speed of economic growth in Hebei Province during 1990's. On the other hand, compared with the costal provinces, the economic growth still has a long way to go. There is obvious correlativity between the economic growth and the employment population proportion of various industries. Based on systematical analysis, the author puts forward some suggestions for policy making that can make the employment structure develop smoothly.
