摘要
以59个杂交中稻品种为材料,研究了杂交中稻整精米率低的原因及其改良途径。结果表明,杂交中稻整精米率极差,变幅为20 06%~52%,平均为36 92%。米粒长、米粒长宽比、千粒重及垩白粒率对整精米率均有较大负效应,选育米粒长宽比不超过2 6∶1,米粒长不超过5 3mm,千粒重不超过26 0g,垩白粒率不超过26%的杂交中稻组合,其整精米率可提高到国家三级优米(52%)以上。
Fiftynine hybrid rice combinations were used to study the reason of inferior head rice rate of hybrid midseason rice and improving ways.The results showed the head rice rate of hybrid midseason rice was very low, which ranged from 20.06% to 52.0%,averaged 36.92%.The significantly negative effects of grain length, ratio of length to width, grain width and chalky grain rate on head rice rate were observed.By selecting combinations with ratio of length to width lower than 2.6:1, grain length lower than 5.3?mm, 1000grain weight lower than 26g, chalky grain rate lower than 26%,hybrid midseason rices over 52% of head rice rate could be expected.
