摘要
在分析SONY公司的ILX5 33K型CCD驱动时序的基础上 ,设计了单片机控制下的光积分时间自适应调节系统 选用CPLD器件作为硬件设计载体 ,使用VHDL语言对驱动时序发生器进行了硬件描述 采用MAX +PLUSⅡ软件对所做的设计进行了功能仿真 ,并针对ALTERA公司的CPLD器件EP1K5 0进行了RTL级仿真及配置 系统测试表明 。
The system,which could automatically adjust the exposure time of linear CCD at high speed,is realized with a new method.The method is carried out under controlling of AT89C52 (a microcontroller of ATMEL Co.Ltd).In this design,driving schedules of ILX533K (a CCD produced by SONY Co.Ltd) is analyzed in details;complex programmable logic device(CPLD) is chosen as the hardware design platform;driving schedule generator is described with VHDL.The function simulation of the system is successfully fulfilled with MAX+PLUS Ⅱ software.Then RTL simulation is fulfilled and the design is fitted into EP1K50(a CPLD produced by ALTERA).The data of these experiments show that the system is suitable for the demand of fast automatic adjustment the exposure time of linear CCD.
