摘要
将马立克氏病病毒 (MDV)gB基因插入鸡痘病毒 (FPV)中 ,构建了含有MDVgB基因的重组鸡痘病毒 (rFPV)。用rFPV、HVT冻干苗、rFPV +HVT疫苗分别免疫 1日龄AA肉用雏鸡 ,于 8日龄攻毒后观察疫苗免疫效果。实验结果表明 ,HVT、rFPV、HVT +rFPV疫苗免疫组比攻毒对照组病毒血症持续时间短 ;上述 3种疫苗免疫后用京 1株MDV(vMDV)攻毒 ,脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖反应处于较高水平 ,而攻毒对照组脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖反应减弱 ,两者差异显著(P <0 0 5 ) ;用HVT +rFPV二价疫苗免疫雏鸡 ,其抵抗vMDV攻击的免疫保护力高于HVT和rFPV单价苗 ,HVT +rFPV、rFPV、HVT免疫保护指数分别为 81 7% ,6 3 4 %和 6 4 1%。以上结果表明 ,表达MDVgB基因的重组鸡痘病毒疫苗在一定程度上能保护鸡体抵抗vMDV的攻击 ,并且HVT和rFPV具有免疫协同作用。
Recombinant fowlpox virus (rFPV) expressing glycoproteins B of Marek′s disease virus (MDV) was constructed.One day old AA chickens were inoculated intraperitoneally with rFPV,HVT freeze drying vaccine and rFPV+HVT,bivalent vaccine respectively,and were challenged with virulent MDV at eight day old.HVT,rFPV and HVT+rFPV significantly reduced the level of viremia.The proliferative reaction of spleenic T lymphocytes induced by above vaccines were higher(P<0 05)than that in challenge control chickens.The protection efficiency of bivalent vaccines(HVT+rFPV)was higher than that of monovalent vaccines(HVT,rFPV).The immune protection rate of the above vaccines reached 81 7%,64 1% and 63 4% respectively.These results showed that the recombinant fowlpox virus vaccine could offer chickens protection against challenge with vMDV,and immune protection of bivalent vaccine was superior to either monovalent vaccine.Immune protection of rFPV and HVT bivalent combination may be synergitic.
