摘要
目的 观察茵陈蒿汤加味对急性黄疸型肝炎的治疗效果。方法 选择 61例急性黄疸型肝炎患者 ,分为A ,B两组 ,其中A组 31例 ,在常规治疗的基础上加用茵陈蒿汤加味治疗 ;B组 30例 ,给予常规治疗。两组对照观察用药 2 0d以后的疗效 ,治疗前后分别检查肝功能指标(ALT ,γ -GT ,TBil,DBil)。结果 A组肝功能各项指标改善优于B组。结论 茵陈蒿汤加味有显著的利胆退黄、改善肝功能的作用。
Objective It is to observe the therapeutic efficacy of added decoction for jaundice due to wetness heat evil on acute cholestatic hepatitis. Methods Sixty one patients with acute cholestatic hepatitis were divided into two groups. Group A that included 31 patients were treated with added decoction for jaundice due to wetness heat evil as well as general treatment. Group B that included 30 patients were treated with general treatment. Both groups were observed after more than 20 days treatment. Hepatic functions indices that included ALT, γ GT , Tbil and Dbil were determined before and after treatment. Results Indicies hepatic functions of group A were better than that of group B. Conclusion Added decoction for jaundice due to wetness heat evil is an effective and safe means on the patients with acute cholestatic hepatitis.
