致密砂岩气藏体积压裂井开采特征及开发技术对策优化

Exploitation characteristics and development technology countermeasure optimization of volume-fractured wells in tight sandstone gas reservoirs

摘要 体积压裂改造工艺在川西中浅层致密砂岩气藏获得规模应用,有效提升了Ⅱ,Ⅲ类储层单井产能。随着气井生产时间增加,开发生产规律较常规压裂井存在较大差异,开发技术对策亟需优化。文中以ZJ气田沙溪庙组气藏为研究对象,借助气藏工程分析方法,分析了体积压裂井生产特征,并结合地质工程一体化研究,综合评价了压裂改造效果,确定了合理的开发技术对策。结果表明:1)体积压裂井较常规压裂井具有单井产能高、稳产期短、递减速率高的特点;2)水平段长度和储层含水饱和度是影响体积压裂井初期产能的主要因素,储层含水饱和度、孔隙度及有效厚度是制约气井可采储量的主要因素;3)通过精细数值模拟研究,确定Ⅱ类储层的合理井距、水平段长度、配产分别为500~600 m,1000~1200 m,(6~12)×10^(4) m^(3)/d;Ⅲ类储层的合理井距、水平段长度、配产分别为400~500 m,1200~1400 m,(3~6)×10^(4) m^(3)/d。该研究为气藏效益开发提供了有利支撑。 The volume fracturing stimulation technology has been widely applied in tight sandstone gas reservoirs in the middle and shallow layers of western Sichuan,effectively improving the single well productivity of ClassⅡandⅢreservoirs.With the increase of gas well production time,the development and production rules are significantly different from conventional fractured wells,and further optimization of development countermeasures is urgently needed.This article takes the gas reservoirs in Shaximiao Formation of ZJ as the research subject.By employing gas reservoir engineering analysis methods,the production characteristics of volume-fractured wells is analyzed.Combined with studies on integrated geological engineering,the fracturing stimulation effect is comprehensively evaluated,and reasonable development technology countermeasures are determined.The results show that:(1)Volume-fractured wells have the characteristics of high single-well productivity,short stable production period and fast decline rate compared to conventional fractured wells.(2)Horizontal section length and reservoir water saturation are the main factors affecting the initial productivity of volume-fractured gas wells,while reservoir water saturation,porosity and effective thickness are the main reasons restricting the recoverable reserves of gas wells.(3)Through precise numerical simulation study,the reasonable well spacing,horizontal section length and production allocation for ClassⅡreservoirs is determined to be 500-600 m,1000-1200 m and(6-12)×10^(4) m^(3)/d respectively;the reasonable well spacing,horizontal section length and reasonable production allocation for ClassⅢreservoirs is 400-500 m,1200-1400 m,and(3-6)×10^(4) m^(3)/d respectively.This study provides strong support for the profitable development of gas reservoirs.
