摘要
随着各种微型可穿戴产品行业的发展,对高介电柔性材料的需求也越来越高。为探索兼具高弹性和高介电性能的新型材料,本文以聚异戊二烯(PI)共聚物为基体,以改性钛酸钡(BaTiO_(3))为高介电陶瓷填料,利用二氧杂硼烷基团的复分解反应,制备出具有新型可逆交联结构的聚异戊二烯/钛酸钡(PI/BaTiO_(3))复合材料,并研究了其介电性能等。经红外分析可知,PI/BaTiO_(3)复合材料在1306 cm^(-1)附近出现了二氧杂硼烷基团中B—O特征吸收峰,证实了可逆交联键的存在。PI共聚物和PI/BaTiO_(3)复合材料的起始分解温度均在146℃左右,归咎于两者相似的交联结构。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)形貌观察,发现由于PI/BaTiO_(3)复合材料中可逆交联键的存在,改性钛酸钡与共聚物基体相容性很好,且材料表现出一定的自修复功能。动态力学性能和介电性能研究表明,加入钛酸钡明显提高了PI共聚物的储能模量和介电常数,PI/BaTiO_(3)复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))为-17.1℃,在10~3 Hz下介电常数为4.9。本文制备的PI/BaTiO_(3)复合材料具有橡胶弹性、高介电性和一定的自修复特性,该研究为柔性高介电复合材料的制备及功能化能提供了重要基础。
With the developments of various micro wearable product industries,the demands for high dielectric flexible materials are also increasing.To explore new materials with high elasticity and dielectric properties,polyisoprene(PI)copolymer was used as the matrix and modified barium titanate(BaTiO_(3))was used as the high dielectric ceramic filler.By utilizing the double decomposition reaction of dioxolane groups,a novel reversible cross-linked polyisoprene/barium titanate(PI/BaTiO_(3))composite was prepared,and its dielectric properties were studied.The infrared spectra show that the PI/BaTiO_(3)composite exhibits a B—O characteristic absorption peak of the dioxolane group near 1306 cm^(-1),confirming the existence of reversible cross-linking bonds.The initial decomposition temperatures of the PI copolymer and the PI/BaTiO_(3)composite are both around 146℃,which is attributed to their similar cross-linking structures.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)morphology shows that the modified barium titanate has good compatibility with the copolymer matrix due to the presence of reversible cross-linking bonds in the PI/BaTiO_(3)composite,and the material exhibits a certain degree of self-healing function.The results of dynamic mechanical and dielectric properties show that the addition of barium titanate significantly increases the storage modulus and dielectric constant of PI copolymers.The glass-transition temperature(T_(g))of PI/BaTiO_(3)composite material is-17.1℃,and the dielectric constant is 4.9 at 103 Hz.The PI/BaTiO_(3)composite prepared in this article has rubber elasticity,high dielectric properties,and certain self-healing characteristics.This study provides an important foundation for the preparation and functionalization of flexible high dielectric composite materials.
