相近CRI及CSR的同系焦炭不可替换性Qisunny法分析

摘要 CRI&CSR一直是评价焦炭最重要的指标之一。目前为了确保高炉生产的连续稳定,钢厂均选用热性能指标CRI&CSR相近的同系焦炭投入生产,但此举经常会引起高炉炉况的波动,核心问题在于同系焦炭是否可以相互替换,而可替换性取决于同系焦炭在高炉内的作用是否相近,冶炼效果是否相同。为了解决这一问题,本研究选取3种CRI&CSR数值相近的同系焦炭与同1种配矿进行了模拟高炉情况的矿焦耦合实验(Qisunny实验)。主要针对同系焦炭的熔损劣化行为、还原作用和热作用三个方面,全方位解析了3种同系焦炭的冶炼效果。研究结果表明:在矿焦耦合实验过程中,同系焦炭的熔损劣化行为并不相同,对矿石的间接还原和直接还原过程均造成不同程度的影响。热力学分析表明,同系焦炭的热流密度变化趋势并不相同,导致其对高炉热交换的影响存在显著差异。因此,同系焦炭并不一定意味着其具有相近的冶炼效果,即CRI&CSR数值相近的焦炭并不一定可相互替换。 The Coke Reactivity Index(CRI)and Coke Strength after Reaction(CSR)are among the most important indicators for evaluating coke quality,exerting a significant influence on blast furnace productivity.To ensure continuous and stable production of blast furnace,steel plants usually adopt cokes from the same series with similar CRI and CSR values.However,this practice often causes instabilities in furnace conditions,raising a critical question:can same-series cokes be truly interchangeable?Their replaceability depends on whether they perform similar functions and exhibit comparable smelting effects inside the blast furnace.To address this issue,three same-series cokes with similar CRI and CSR values were selected and coupled with the same ore-blend in a Qisunny ore-coke coupling experiment,simulating blast furnace conditions.This study analyzed the smelting effects of the three cokes from the perspectives of solution loss and degradation behavior,reduction function,and thermal function.The results demonstrate that the same-series cokes exhibit distinct variations in solution loss and degradation behavior,which leads to varying degrees of impact on both indirect and direct reduction processes.Thermodynamic analysis reveals differing trends in the heat flux density,resulting in significant differences in their effects on the heating exchange of blast furnace.Consequently,it is evident that coke belonging to the same series do not necessarily possess similar smelting effect,thus indicating that cokes with similar CRI and CSR values may not be replaced.
