摘要
畜禽支原体在我国呈地方流行性分布,流行态势一直居高不下,感染动物生长缓慢或停滞,且支原体在养殖场内长期存在,难以完全净化。疫苗免疫作为预防畜禽支原体疾病的主要方式,在安全性基本满足的大背景下,目前质量控制的核心在于其有效性,因此构建疫苗效力的评价方法是检验疫苗质量的重要手段。本文对我国畜禽支原体疫苗的注册和批签发情况进行梳理,对不同支原体疫苗产品的效力评价方法进行归纳分析,为未来我国畜禽支原体疫苗研制和质量控制提供理论参考和趋势预判。
Mycoplasma infections in livestock and poultry in China show endemic distribution,with persistent and widespread outbreaks.Infected animals often exhibit growth retardation or stagnation,and Mycoplasma are difficult to eradicate completely from farms.Vaccination remains the main preventive strategy for Mycoplasma diseases in livestock and poultry.While the safety of vaccines is generally ensured,the current focus of quality control lies in their efficacy.Therefore,establishing reliable methods to evaluate vaccine potency is crucial for vaccine quality assessment.This article reviews the registration and batch release status of Mycoplasma vaccines in China,summarizes and analyzes the potency evaluation methods of different vaccine products,and provides theoretical references and trend forecasts for future vaccine development and quality control of Mycoplasma vaccines in livestock and poultry.
