基于场景模拟的高比例新能源电网暂态稳定特性探讨

摘要 随着高比例新能源接入电网,系统暂态稳定特性及其演化形态可能会发生深刻变化。采用场景模拟的方式,探讨了高比例新能源接入大电网后系统的暂态稳定特性。首先,以西北电网离线高峰负荷典型方式为基础构建研究场景,该场景新能源占比高达60%;其次,分析了跟网型新能源机组和构网型新能源机组接入对系统暂态稳定问题的影响,并考虑了构网型新能源机组惯量参数及其调节时间的影响;最后,详细讨论了跟网型、构网型新能源机组占比以及构网型机组配置对大电网稳定问题的影响。对高比例新能源电网暂态稳定特性做了有益探索,相关结论可以拓展现有对高比例新能源接入实际电力系统暂态稳定特性的认知,为保障系统安全稳定运行以及探索未来研究方向提供了借鉴和思考。 With the high proportion of new energy connected to the power grid,the transient stability characteristics and evolution of the system may undergo profound changes.Based on the scenario simulation,this paper discusses the transient stability characteristics of the system after the high proportion of new energy is connected to the large power grid.Firstly,the research scenario is constructed based on the typical off-line peak load mode of Northwest Power Grid.,in which new energy accounts for up to 60%;Secondly,the impact of grid-following new energy units and grid-forming new energy units on the transient stability of the system was analyzed,and the influence of inertia parameters and regulation time of grid-forming units was considered;Finally,the impact of the proportion of grid grid-following,grid-forming new energy units and the configuration of grid-structured units on the stability of the large power grid was discussed in detail.This paper provides a useful exploration for the transient stability characteristics of high proportion of new energy power grid.And the relevant conclusions can expand the cognition of the transient stability characteristics of the actual power system with high proportion of new energy access,and provide reference and thinking for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system and exploring the future research direction.
