摘要
针对黄瓜连作障碍与优质种苗需求,系统总结了连栋温室工厂化嫁接育苗的关键技术,涉及育苗准备、播种、嫁接(顶插接/贴接)、嫁接后温光水肥管理、病虫害综合防治及炼苗等核心环节。实践表明,该技术体系可实现嫁接苗成活率达95%~98%,每667 m^(2)年产嫁接苗约15万株,同时可有效缓解黄瓜连作障碍,推动黄瓜产业向工厂化、标准化方向发展。
In response to the challenges of cucumber continuous cropping obstacles and the demand for high-quality seedlings,this study systematically summarizes key technologies for industrialized grafting seedling production in multi-span greenhouse.The process covers essential steps including seedling preparation,sowing,grafting(top insertion and side grafting),post-graft management of temperature,light,water and fertilizer,integrated pest and disease control,and seedling hardening.Practical results demonstrate that this technology system achieves a grafting survival rate of 95%-98%,with an annual production of approximately 150000 grafted seedlings per 667 m^(2).It effectively mitigates continuous cropping obstacles and promotes the industrialization and standardization of cucumber production.
