摘要
[目的]聚焦于创新的稻-禾虫共作生态种养模式,探究3种肥料及1种饲料对该模式下禾虫的产量作用效果。[方法]设置空白对照(CK)、尿素+磷酸二氢钾(U+MP)、多功能碳源营养液+辅酶营养液(CS)、中鸡配合饲料(CF)、生物有机肥(OF)5个处理,对不同盆栽中禾虫收获时的产量、禾虫存活率和禾虫重量有无增加等指标进行对比。[结果]在水稻产量方面,不同处理对其构成因素影响各异,U+MP处理有效穗数显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),为254.17×10^(4)穗/hm^(2),但结实率等指标欠佳,产量为1.88 t/hm^(2)。CS处理每穗实粒数表现较好,产量达2.16 t/hm^(2)。OF处理各项指标较均衡,产量为2.07 t/hm^(2)。CF处理综合优势明显,有效穗数、结实率等指标良好,产量最高,达2.53 t/hm^(2)。在禾虫产量上,U+MP、CS、OF、CF处理的收获重量与CK相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。CF处理收获重量最高,达44.59 g,增重0.18 g,存活率为82.50%;OF处理次之。而CK处理禾虫收获重量仅8.68 g,增重为负。[结论]CF处理在提升水稻和禾虫产量上效果最佳,为稻-禾虫共作生态种养模式的优化及推广提供了科学依据,对促进农业生态系统可持续发展具有重要意义。
[Objective]This study focused on the innovative“rice-Tylorrhynchus heterochaetus co-cropping”ecological breeding model,aiming to explore the effects of three fertilizers and one feed on the yield of rice and Tylorrhynchus heterochaetus under this model.[Method]Set up five treatments:control(CK),urea+monopotassium phosphate(U+MP),multi-functional carbon source nutrient solution+coenzyme nutrient solution(cs),medium chicken compound feed(CF),and bio-organic fertilizer(OF).Indicators such as yield,survival rate,and weight of Tylorrhynchus heterochaetus were compared when harvested from different potted environments.[Result]Regarding the yield-related indicators of rice,significant differences were observed among different treatments.The U+MP treatment had a significantly higher number of effective panicles than other groups,reaching 254.17×10^(4)panicles/hm^(2),but showed sub-optimal performance in terms of seed-setting rate,with a yield of 1.88 t/hm^(2).The CS treatment excelled in the number of filled grains per panicle,with a yield of 2.16 t/hm^(2).The OF treatment had relatively balanced indicators,with a yield of 2.07 t/hm^(2).The CF treatment demonstrated good performance in key indicators such as the number of effective panicles and seed-setting rate,achieving the highest yield of 2.53 t/hm^(2),indicating comprehensive advantages.As for the yield of Tylorrhynchus heterochaetus,the harvest weights of the U+MP,CS,OF,and CF treatments all showed significant differences compared to the CK treatment(P<0.05).The CF treatment had the highest harvest weight,reaching 44.59 g,with the most remarkable weight gain of 0.18 g and a survival rate of 82.50%.The OF treatment ranked the second.However,the CK treatment had a meager harvest weight of only 8.68 g,the weight gain was negative.[Conclusion]The CF treatment is most effective in enhancing the yields of both rice and Tylorrhynchus heterochaetus in the“rice-Tylorrhynchus heterochaetus co-cultivation”system.This study provides a solid scientific basis for the further optimization and promotion of this ecological farming model,which is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the agricultural ecosystem and improving the comprehensive economic benefits of farmland.
