摘要
随着产品更新迭代周期的缩短和退役产品数量的激增,人机协同拆解模式被越来越广泛用于再制造拆解。人机协同拆解可以有效降低人工成本、减少完工时间以及处理复杂场景任务,从而大大提高拆解效率。本研究针对退役农机人机协同拆解序列优化问题,提出了考虑人工负荷的多目标拆解优化模型,创造性地将拆解策略分为工人任务、机器人任务和人机协同任务。此外,设计了一种改进的多目标果蝇优化算法求解人机协同拆解序列优化模型。人机协同拆解实例的求解结果分析表明所提模型的有效性和算法的收敛性。
With the accelerated pace of product updates and the increasing number of retired products,there is a growing trend towards the utilization of human-robot collaborative disassembly mode for obsolete products.The human-robot collaborative disassembly can effectively reduce labor costs,shorten completion time and deal with complex scene tasks,thus greatly improving the disassembly efficiency.In this paper,the optimization problem about human-robot cooperative disassembly sequence for retired agricultural machinery is analyzed.The multi-objective optimization model that considers manual load is proposed.The collaborative strategy can be divided into human task,robot task and human-robot collaborative task.In addition,we propose a multi-objective fruit fly optimization algorithm to solve the human-robot collaborative disassembly sequence optimization problem.The effectiveness of the proposed model and the convergence of the proposed algorithm are demonstrated by comparing results from the disassembly examples.
