摘要
为探明梨树对斑点炭疽病的抗性与叶片结构的关系,本研究以9个梨品种为材料,通过2021-2022年连续2年的田间抗性鉴定,确定不同梨品种对斑点炭疽病的抗性水平,室内观察并测定各品种叶片气孔密度、蜡质含量、比叶重及叶片细胞组织结构特征,并通过相关性分析叶片结构与抗斑点炭疽病之间的关系。结果表明,不同梨品种对梨斑点炭疽病抗性不同,翠冠、新玉和长汀秤砣梨为高感品种,新翠和翠玉为感病品种,而浙梨6号、云霄鸟梨、连城八月白和武平粳米梨为高抗品种。不同梨品种叶片气孔密度、蜡质含量、比叶重,以及叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度、海绵组织厚度和结构紧密度存在差异,但与病情指数之间没有显著相关性,而叶片组织结构中栅栏组织厚度和结构疏松度分别与病情指数呈显著负相关和显著正相关。不同梨品种对斑点炭疽病的抗性存在差异,梨叶片栅栏组织厚度和结构疏松度可作为梨斑点炭疽病抗性鉴定的主要参考指标。
To explore the relationship between the resistance of pear trees to black spot anthracnose and leaf structure,nine pear cultivars were used as materials in this study.Through field resistance identification for two consecutive years from 2021 to 2022,the resistance levels of different pear cultivars to black spot anthracnose were determined.The stomatal density,wax content,leaf weight ratio and leaf cell tissue structure characteristics of each cultivar were observed and determined in the laboratory,and the relationship between leaf structure and resistance to pear black spot anthracnose was analyzed by correlation.The results showed that different pear cultivars had different resistance to pear black spot anthracnose.Cuiguan,Xinyu and Changtingchengtuoli were highly susceptible cultivars,Xincui and Cuiyu were susceptible cultivars,and Zheli 6,Yunxiaoniaoli,Lian-chengbayuebai and Wupingjingmili were highly resistant cultivars.There were differences in stomatal density,wax content and leaf weight ratio,as well as leaf thickness,upper/lower epidermis thickness,spongy tissue thickness and tissue compactness among different pear cultivars,but there was no significant correlation with disease index.The palisade tissue thickness and tissue porosity in leaf tissue structure were significantly negatively correlated and significantly positively correlated with disease index.Different pear cultivars had different resistance to black spot anthracnose,and the palisade tissue thickness and tissue porosity of pear leaves could be used as the main reference indexes for resistance identification of pear black spot anthracnose.
