船舶碳捕集与存储(OCCS)研究进展及应用可行性

摘要 系统梳理了OCCS技术的研发现状,重点对比了燃烧前捕集、富氧燃烧捕集及燃烧后捕集3大主流技术路径。研究表明,燃烧后捕集技术因改造便捷、成本可控等优势,在海运领域更具应用潜力,其细分技术包括膜分离、物理吸收、化学吸收及低温分离等。尽管部分技术已在船舶场景完成初步验证,但捕集效率、能耗优化及规模化应用等问题仍需突破。进一步探讨了OCCS技术面临的设备成本高、碳储运设施不足等现实挑战,并展望了未来发展方向,以期为航运业低碳转型提供理论支撑。 This paper reviews systematically the current research and development situation of OCCS technology,with particular emphasis on comparative analysis of three primary approaches,such as pre-combustion capture,oxygen-enriched combustion capture,and post-combustion capture.It is demonstrated that post-combustion capture technology exhibits greater application potential in the maritime transportation field due to its retrofit compatibility and controllable cost.Its sub-technologies encompass membrane separation,physical absorption,chemical absorption,and cryogenic separation.Although preliminary validations have been conducted for certain technologies in onboard environment,the challenges such as capture efficiency optimization,energy consumption reduction,and large-scale implementation need to be addressed.Furthermore,this paper examines practical constraints of OCCS technology,including high equipment cost and insufficient carbon transport and storage infrastructure.It also prospects the development directions in the future to facilitate the shipping industry’s low-carbon transition.
