摘要
在数字经济快速发展的背景下,生成式人工智能(GenAI)作为推动企业创新的核心技术,其对员工数字化创造力的影响成为广泛关注的重点。基于社会认知理论,构建有调节的机制效应模型,研究发现,生成式人工智能正向影响员工数字化创造力;知识整合能力在二者之间发挥部分机制作用,生成式人工智能通过提供多模态知识源并驱动认知加工过程,提升员工筛选、重组与系统化知识的能力,进而促进数字化创造力;数字自我效能感正向调节生成式人工智能对知识整合能力的影响,高数字自我效能感员工在技术探索深度、认知投入强度上更优越,放大了技术赋能效果。研究结论拓展了社会认知理论在人工智能场景中的应用边界,对推动数字化转型中的人机协同创新具有重要意义。
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the digital economy,Generative Artificial Intelligence(GenAI),as a core technology driving corporate innovation,its impact on employee creativity has become a significant research topic.Based on social cognitive theory,this study constructs a moderated mediation model.The findings reveal that:GenAI usage positively influences employees'digital creativity,knowledge integration capability plays a partial mediating role between the two.By providing multimodal knowledge sources and driving cognitive processing processes,GenAI enhances employees'ability to screen,reorganize,and systematize knowledge,thereby promoting digital creativity,digital self-efficacy positively moderates the impact of GenAI usage on knowledge integration capability.Employees with high digital self-efficacy exhibit greater advantages in the depth of technical exploration and the intensity of cognitive engagement,amplifying the effect of technological empowerment.The results of this study expand the application boundary of social cognitive theory in the context of artificial intelligence and hold significant implications for promoting human-machine collaborative innovation in the process of digital transformation.
