摘要
文章旨在研究挤压膨化菜籽粕对育肥猪生长性能、免疫功能及养分消化率的影响。试验选取45头体重相近[(82.15±2.09)kg]的健康育肥猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头。豆粕组采用豆粕作为蛋白饲料,其余2组分别用50%、100%挤压膨化菜籽粕等氮替代豆粕,预饲期7d,正试期30d。结果表明:(1)与豆粕组相比,100%替代组平均日增重显著降低9.41%(P<0.05),料重比显著升高9.12%(P<0.05)。(2)50%替代组、100%替代组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著低于豆粕组(P<0.05)。100%替代组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量显著高于豆粕组(P<0.05)。50%替代组、100%替代组钙、磷消化率均显著低于豆粕组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,用50%挤压膨化菜籽粕替代豆粕,对育肥猪生长性能无显著影响,但要注意免疫功能和养分消化率下降问题。
To investigate the effects of extruded rapeseed meal on the growth performance,immune function and nutrient digestibility of fattening pigs,45 healthy fattening pigs with similar body weight(82.15±2.09 kg)were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 5 pigs per replicate.The soybean meal group used soybean meal as the protein feed,while the other two groups were respectively replaced with 50%and 100%extruded rapeseed meal at the same nitrogen level.The pre-feeding period was 7 days and the formal feeding period was 30 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the soybean meal group,the average daily gain of the 100%replacement group was significantly reduced by 9.41%(P<0.05),and the feedto-weight ratio was significantly increased by 9.12%(P<0.05).(2)The contents of IgG and IgM in the 50%replacement group and the 100%replacement group were significantly lower than those in the soybean meal group(P<0.05).The content of TNF-αin the 100%replacement group was significantly higher than that in the soybean meal group(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the soybean meal group,the dry matter and crude protein digestibility of the 100%replacement group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The digestibility of calcium and phosphorus in the 50%replacement group and the 100%replacement group was significantly lower than that in the soybean meal group(P<0.05).It can be seen that under the conditions of this experiment,replacing 50%of soybean meal with extruded rapeseed meal has no significant effect on the growth performance of fattening pigs,but attention should be paid to the decline in immune function and nutrient digestibility.
