摘要
针对配置有柔性变电站的交直流混合配电网的负荷转供问题,提出一种综合考虑配电网供电可靠性和运行经济性的柔性变电站功率指令生成策略,最大限度地减小负荷转供时合解环操作对配电网的冲击。结合交直流混合配电网的结构特点和柔性变电站的运行方式,在负荷转供的不同操作阶段,分别以合环点两侧电压差最小、流经解环点功率最小、整体电压偏差最小为目标,同时考虑直流配电网的新能源发电设备、储能系统及交直流侧需求响应约束,建立基于相角松弛潮流模型的柔性变电站功率指令寻优策略。最后,以含有柔性变电站的某实际配电系统和IEEE 33节点配电系统为例,在合环前、解环前、解环后不同场景下进行优化,验证所提方法的有效性。
Aiming at the load transfer problem of AC/DC hybrid distribution network with flexible substation,a power instruction generation strategy of the flexible substation considering the power supply reliability and operation economy of the distribution network is proposed to minimize the impact of loop-closing and loop-opening operations on the distribution network during the load transfer.Combined with the structural characteristics of AC/DC hybrid distribution network and the operation mode of flexible substations,in various operation stages of load transfer,the minimum voltage difference on both sides of the loop-closing point,the minimum power flowing through the loop-opening point and the minimum overall voltage deviation are taken as the objectives,respectively.At the same time,considering the renewable energy generation equipment,energy storage system and demand response constraints at the DC side of DC distribution network,a power instruction optimization strategy of the flexible substation based on the phase angle relaxation power flow model is established.Finally,taking an actual distribution system and the IEEE 33-bus distribution system with flexible substations as cases,the optimization is performed in various scenarios,i.e.before loopclosing,before loop-opening,and after loop-opening,to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
