摘要
溶解性有机质(DOM)是土壤有机质中最活跃的成分,对土壤生物化学过程有重要影响.文中利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、三维荧光光谱技术和平行因子分析法,分析了3种典型茶叶品种(岩茶、白茶和水仙)对应茶园土壤DOM的组成、结构和来源特性.结果表明,武夷岩茶和建瓯水仙茶园土壤DOM的紫外吸光度UV_(254)、吸收系数(SUVA_(254)、SUVA_(260))和E3/E4均高于政和白茶茶园土壤,说明前两种茶树对应土壤的腐殖质含量和腐殖化程度更高.不同植茶土壤DOM的荧光指数FI>1.9,腐殖化指数HIX<4,自生源指数BIX为0.7—1.2.土壤DOM的4个主要荧光组分可提取为:类腐殖质C1、腐殖酸C2、类腐殖质C3和类络氨酸C4.政和白茶和建瓯水仙茶园土壤的腐殖质以腐殖酸为主;武夷岩茶茶园土壤腐殖质则以富里酸为主.茶树品种不同会影响土壤根系分泌物及其与微生物的互作,从而影响DOM特性及茶叶品质.这项研究为茶园茶树品种栽培、土壤肥力管理及有机质特性研究提供了科学依据.
Dissolved organic matter(DOM)is the most dynamic and reactive fraction of soil organic matter,and it plays a crucial role in a wide range of soil biochemical processes.In this study,we analyzed the composition,structure,and source characteristics of DOM in tea garden soils from three typical tea varieties(rock tea,white tea,and Narcissus)using ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy,three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy,and parallel factor analysis.The results revealed that the UV absorbance(UV_(254)),absorption coefficients(SUVA_(254),SUVA_(260)),and E3/E4 ratios of DOM in the soil of Wuyi rock tea and Jian'ou narcissus tea plantations were significantly higher than those in the soil of Zhenghe white tea plantation.This suggests that the DOM in the former two types of tea plantation soils contains a higher concentration of humic substances and exhibits a greater degree of humification.The fluorescence index(FI)of DOM in the soil of all tea plantations was greater than 1.9,while the humification index(HIX)was less than 4,and the autochthonous index(BIX)varied between 0.7 and 1.2.Four primary fluorescent components were detected,namely humic-like C1,humic acid C2,humic-like C3,and tyrosine-like C4.It is worth highlighting that in the soils of Zhenghe white tea and Jian'ou narcissus tea gardens,the humic substances were predominantly composed of humic acid.In contrast,the humic substances in the soil of Wuyi rock tea garden were mainly constituted by fulvic acid.Differences in tea plant varieties can alter root exudates and their interactions with microorganisms,which in turn can influence the characteristics of DOM and the quality of tea leaves.This study provides a scientific basis for the cultivation of tea plant varieties in tea gardens,soil fertility management,and the study of organic matter characteristics.
