摘要
有机硫酸酯(OSs)作为大气二次有机气溶胶(SOA)的关键组分,在雾霾形成、气候变化等环境过程中扮演重要角色,其环境效应日益受到学界关注.OSs兼具光吸收特性与强吸湿性,可通过改变气溶胶光学特性降低能见度,促进纳米颗粒生长加剧雾霾,并作为云凝结核影响降水模式及区域气候.此外,OSs可造成呼吸系统损伤,威胁居民健康.因此,开展OSs成分解析对于阐明污染来源,支撑大气污染防控工作至关重要.然而,OSs分子组成复杂、形成路径多样,相关研究面临诸多挑战.现代高分辨质谱(HRMS)凭借其高分辨、高准确度的优势,已成为解析大气细颗粒物中OSs分子组成的关键技术.该技术不仅提高了OSs的靶向定量精度,更能实现复杂基质中未知OSs的非靶向筛查,为深入研究其环境行为、生态及健康风险提供了强有力的技术支撑.本文重点评述了OSs的特性、分类和形成机制,系统回顾了HRMS技术在大气细颗粒物OSs鉴定中的应用,并展望其未来发展前景.
Organosulfates(OSs),as key components of atmospheric secondary organic aerosols(SOA),play a significant role in environmental processes such as haze formation and climate change,garnering increasing scientific attention.OSs exhibited light-absorbing properties and strong hygroscopicity.By altering aerosol optical properties and facilitating nanoparticle growth,they reduce atmospheric visibility and exacerbate haze episodes.Acting as cloud condensation nuclei,OSs influence precipitation patterns and regional climate via modulating cloud formation processes.Furthermore,OSs pose potential health risks,particularly impairing respiratory function.Consequently,compositional analysis of OSs is crucial for elucidating pollution sources and supporting atmospheric pollution control strategies.However,the complex molecular composition and diverse formation pathways of OSs present significant research challenges.Modern high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS),known for its high resolution and mass accuracy,has become a pivotal technique for characterizing OSs molecular composition in atmospheric fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)).This technology enhances precision in targeted OSs quantification while enables nontargeted screening of unknown OSs within complex matrices,providing critical technique support for in-depth investigation into their environmental behaviors and ecological and health risks.This review comprehensively summarizes the characteristics,classification,and formation mechanisms of OSs,systematically revisits HRMS applications in OSs identification within atmospheric PM_(2.5),and provides perspectives on future research directions.
