摘要
为确定中国干旱区绿洲城市乌鲁木齐冬季大气细颗粒物中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的污染特征和健康风险,使用大流量采样器于2021年12月—2022年2月采集乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区PM_(2.5)样品,利用三重四极杆气质联用仪(GC-MS/MS)对样品中15种PAEs的质量浓度进行分析.结果表明,Σ_(15)PAEs的质量浓度范围为38.13—103.20 ng·m^(-3),邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP),邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)的质量浓度较高,日均质量浓度分别为16.32、23.24、13.20 ng·m^(-3),占到Σ_(15)PAEs质量浓度的83.69%.终身致癌风险评估表明不同年龄组吸入DEHP导致的风险水平为:21—70岁>6—21岁>1—6岁>0—1岁,以上4个年龄段的风险水平均低于美国EPA建议的可忽略基准值.此外,非致癌性风险评估表明儿童的非致癌性风险大于成年人,危害指数(HI)分别为1.60×10^(-2)和6.87×10^(-3),两者的HI指数也远低于1,处于可忽略水平.因此,由PAEs引起的致癌性和非致癌性风险值较低且处于可接受范围之内.
In order to determine the pollution characteristics and health risks of Phthalate esters(PAEs)in atmospheric fine particulate matter in the oasis city of Urumqi,an arid zone in China,PM_(2.5)samples were collected from December 2021 to February 2022 in the Shayibak district of Urumqi city using a high flow sampler,and the mass concentrations of 15 PAEs were analyzed by a gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The results showed that the mass concentrations of Σ_(15)PAEs ranged from 38.13—103.20 ng·m^(-3),di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP)and di-isobutyl phthalate(DIBP)were represented at high levels,with daily average mass concentrations of 16.32,23.24,13.20 ng·m^(-3)respectively,accounting for 83.69% of the mass concentration of Σ_(15)PAEs.The cumulative lifetime cancer risk assessment indicated that the risk levels caused by inhalation of DEHP in different age groups were:21—70 years>6—21 years>1—6 years>0—1 year.The estimated risk levels for all four age groups were below the U.S.EPA recommended negligible risk guideline.Furthermore,the non-carcinogenic risk assessment for PAEs showed that the non-carcinogenic risk was greater in children than that in adults,with hazard index(HI)of 1.60×10^(-2) and 6.87×10^(-3),respectively.The HI values for both age groups were also well below 1 and within the negligible range.Therefore,the carcinogenic and noncarcinogenic risk values from PAEs were relatively low and within acceptable limits.
