浙江近海苯并三唑类紫外线添加剂的水生食物网传递过程和健康风险

Food web transfer and health risks of UV ultraviolet additives in the nearshore waters of Zhejiang

摘要 苯并三唑类紫外线添加剂(BUVSs)因其优异的光稳定性和抗降解性,在诸多行业得到广泛应用.然而,这类化合物的环境释放引发了对于环境污染和生态风险的广泛关注.本研究采集浙江省近海的水生生物样品,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS/MS)结合稳定同位素分析,对样品中BUVSs的浓度及其在食物网中的传递情况进行了分析,并利用蒙特卡洛模拟与健康风险评估模型评估了人类通过摄食这些水生生物可能面临的风险.研究结果显示,UV327和UV328是样品中主要检出的BUVSs.尽管UV328具有比UV327更高的疏水性,但在食物网中,UV327表现出更为明显的生物放大效应.这一现象暗示了化合物在生物体内的传递与累积过程,不仅与化合物本身的理化性质相关,也受到食物网构成生物特性的影响.此外,健康风险评估结果表明,目前BUVSs的环境浓度对人类健康构成的风险相对较低.本研究的发现为深入理解BUVSs在海洋生态系统中的分布、迁移和生态效应提供了重要的科学依据. Benzotriazole ultraviolet stabilizers(BUVSs),renowned for their excellent photostability and degradation resistance,are widely utilized across various industries.However,their environmental release has raised widespread concerns on environmental pollution and ecological risks.This study collected marine biological samples from the coastal areas of Zhejiang Province and analyzed the concentration of BUVSs using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GCMS/MS).Trophic transfer in food webs were determined coupled with stable isotope analysis.Furthermore,the potential risks to human health from consuming these marine organisms were evaluated based on Monte Carlo simulations and health risk assessment models.The results indicate that UV327 and UV328 were the predominant BUVSs in the samples.UV327 demonstrated a more significant biomagnification effect than that of UV328 in the food web,although the latter one has a higher hydrophobicity.The transfer and accumulation processes of these compounds in organisms were influenced not only by the physicochemical properties of the compounds themselves but also by the characteristics of the organisms that constitute the food web.Health risk assessment results suggest that the current environmental concentrations of BUVSs posed a relatively low risk to human health.These findings are significant for understanding the distribution,migration,ecological effects and risks of BUVSs in marine ecosystems,which helpful for guiding the formulation of relevant environmental protection policies and promoting the development and application of safer and more environmentally friendly ultraviolet absorbers.
