摘要
选取红、绿、蓝3种常用无机颜料,基于不同颜料的物理特性,和应用于公路工程的各项性能需求,探究各颜料及掺量对混凝土工作性能、力学性能、体积稳定性能以及颜色耐久性能影响规律。并基于试验结果,提出按总的石粉含量控制指标,作为各类强度彩色混凝土无机颜料掺量的判断依据,也为调制不同颜色混凝土提供设计思路。首次将研究成果转化应用于平原高速公路和高原高速公路两类具有较大差异服役环境的高陡边坡框架锚梁,实施效果良好。
It selects three commonly used inorganic pigments,red,green and blue,based on the physical properties of different pigments and various performance requirements applied in highway engineering,to explore the impact of each pigment and its dosage on the workability,mechanical properties,volume stability,and color durability of concrete.Based on the experimental results,a control index of total stone powder content is proposed as the basis for judging the inorganic pigment content of various strength colored concrete,and it also provides design ideas for modulating different colored concrete.For the first time,the research results have been applied to two types of high and steep slope frame anchor beams with significantly different service environments,namely plain highways and plateau highways,and the implementation effect is good.
