高温合金蜂窝侧铣立铣刀几何角度对蜂窝壁毛刺的影响

Influence of Geometric Parameters of End Mills for High-temperature Alloy Honeycomb Side Milling on Honeycomb Wall Burrs

摘要 高温合金蜂窝是一种典型的薄壁多孔结构材料,被广泛应用于航空涡轮发动机之中。但由于高温合金蜂窝薄壁的结构特性,使其在加工过程中极易出现蜂窝壁毛刺。因此,探究刀具侧刃几何角度对毛刺形成的影响对于提高蜂窝的加工质量具有重要意义。本文通过铣削实验和ABAQUS软件有限元模拟,探究刀具螺旋角、侧刃前角和后角对蜂窝壁加工毛刺的影响规律。研究证明,螺旋角和侧刃前角对蜂窝壁毛刺尺寸的影响较大,应分别控制在30°~35°,18°~22°;侧刃后角的影响较小,在考虑刀具寿命的前提下后角应选择8°~12°。 High-temperature alloy honeycomb is a typical thin-walled cellular material,it is widely used in aviation turbine engines.However,due to the thin-walled characteristics,burrs are easily formed on the honeycomb walls during processing.Therefore,this part of the material cannot be completely removed and remains on the honeycomb wall,resulting in burrs and clogging of the honeycomb holes.In addition,due to the good processing plasticity of high-temperature alloys,burrs are more likely to occur during the processing.Therefore,exploring the influence of the geometric angle of the cutting edge on the formation of burrs is of great significance for improving the machining quality of honeycomb.This article explores the influence of the helix angle,rake angle,and relief angle on the machining burrs of honeycomb walls through milling experiments and ABAQUS finite element simulation.Research has shown that the helix angle and the rake angle have a significant impact on the burr size of the honeycomb wall,they should be controlled at 30°-35°and 18°-22°respectively.The influence of the relief angle is relatively small,it should be selected between 8°and 12°considering the tool life.
